    • We offer a 14-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging.

      Approved Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

      Certain items, based on case-by-case basis, are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.

      Any items used will not be accepted as returns, including items sold as "used" which classify as final sale items.

      Return shipping, handling, and transaction fees are non-refundable.

      Approved refunds are issued within 2-3 business days.

    • Use the portal above to initiate your return request. You will need the email address the order was placed under and the order number.

      Provide the requested information regarding your return. Once Mazdashop has reviewed the request and approved the return, you will need to ship the order back to us to the following address:

      A return label can be provided if required and the fee will be deducted from the refund amount (unless otherwise agreed upon).

    • We partner with Corso to provide Carbon Offsets and Shipping Protection to our customers. When checking out, simply choose Checkout+ in your cart. A small fee will be added to your order total to give you peace of mind.

      To file a claim, you will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with. Use the portal above to being your return request or shipping claim.

      Once you indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation.
